Callum Joins the Lab as a Research Assitant

Callum Marshall has just joined us as a research assistant after completing his MSci in Neuroscience at University College London. During his Master’s research in Neil Burgess’s lab, Callum used computational modelling to investigate the contribution of theta sweeps to rapid spatial learning in hippocampal networks. He is now focusing on developing behavioural analysis pipelines using the Movement toolbox, helping to advance reproducible and scalable tools for behavioural neuroscience.

Callum brings a great mix of enthusiasm, curiosity, and team spirit, and has already become a helpful and positive presence in the lab. We're thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the exciting work ahead – welcome, Callum!
