Inanna Warnhoff, PhD | Postdoc

Inanna joined the lab as a postdoc after completing her PhD at LMU Munich's Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences (Volker Scheuss Lab), Germany. During her PhD, she worked with mouse models of schizophrenia, investigating the electrophysiological and morphological phenotypes of cortical neurons and their pharmacological rescue. Her passion for patch-clamp technique and interest in circuit mechanisms of cognition led her to our lab. She now studies thalamic and cortical circuits involved in spatial orientation using slice electrophysiology, optogenetics, and neural tracing.
